What values keep you motivated as a communication trainor?
I believe challenges are a part of life, but they’re also opportunities for growth. I’ve faced my fair share of challenges too, but I’ve always learned from them and used them to become a stronger person.
I believe that true leadership comes from within. When you have a clear vision and stay true to your values, you can motivate and inspire others to do amazing things. Taking risks can lead to incredible rewards. So don’t be afraid to dream big and work hard to make those dreams come true.
How quickly can I see results?
The brain is a needs meeting machine and is programed by repetition and emotion. According to science it takes a minimum of 21 days for the brain to accept a new habit, however, you will receive clarity after just one session.

Do you work with teams?
Yes, absolutely. All good leaders know that your company’s success can only be as good as their team. For this reason, I offer tailored workshops ranging in themes of:
Burnout recovery, nervous system upgrade, vision mapping, boundary setting, subconscious mind and reprogramming, overcoming perfectionism, time management, and attachment styles for better communication.
For in person workshops, a size of 5-12 people is preferable. For online settings, up to 30 members is possible. This smaller size for a more intimate and meaningful experience.
